Walt Disney World Parks Review

Reflecting on our Walt Disney World Vacation, I'm thankful for the memories we made. Each park was thoroughly enjoyable.

What we liked most about each park

Reflecting on our Walt Disney World Vacation, I’m thankful for the memories we made. Each park was thoroughly enjoyable. They each had specific qualities that make us want to return. Here’s what we liked most about each park.

We skipped Animal Kingdom

Unfortunately, we have yet to experience Animal Kingdom. Let me know in the comments what you enjoy about the Disney park. Our reason for skipping it was that we often visit zoo’s, animal sanctuaries, and nature parks. For whatever reason, that’s the impression Animal Kingdom gave me. I’m sure it’s fantastic and that we will make this a priority on a future Orlando, FL visit, but for this trip it didn’t make the travel itinerary.

Magic Kingdom

Magic Kingdom was my personal favorite park. My kids really spoke highly of this one as well, more so than the others. It had a great selection of rides and shows. My favorite character interaction was with Princes Tiana.

Hollywood Studios

Star Wars Land was our favorite. Hollywood and Vine was also our favorite restaurant. You can read about our interesting day here, Hollywood Studios Afternoon Activities – Career Mom Community.

Another favorite is our Droid Depot experience. The kids each made a droid based on the Star Wars movie.

Epcot

Last but certainly not least is Epcot. If you’re foodie, I think you will love Epcot. It’s probably the most family friendly park since there’s things to do for adults. Primarily eating and drinking, lol.

There’s also Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind which would be great for adult thrill seekers. I wasn’t brave enough to ride it. I’ve read too many reports of riders throwing up so I passed on this experience. Our most favorite Walt Disney World attraction is in Epcot, Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure. Other favorites also included Living with the Land and Soarin’ Around the World.

Overall experience at 3 Walt Disney World Parks

There were unique elements to each park. We loved the rides and I was able to plan a unique itinerary for our family. We are discussing returning to Orlando, FL in 2024. However, during that trip the focus will be Universal Studios and possibly a 1-day Park Hopper to visit Animal Kingdom and revisit one of the parks above.

Where to next?

Which Disney Park should we visit next???

💥 California

💥 Paris
