The holidays invoke a mix of emotions for many. It can be busy, stressful, overwhelming, depressing, and joyous all bundled together. I suggest moms who battle a mix of emotions during the holiday season to add an extra dose of selfcare to their routines. In today’s post, I am sharing 12 festive holiday selfcare ideas for moms!

Selfcare is a great way to manage the hustle and bustle of the holidays and a great way to manage the various emotions of the season. In my last post, I shared a holiday selfcare guide for moms which included tips on how to prevent burnout this holiday season with planning and proper selfcare. Practical/Daily Living
During the holiday season, moms can pull from a variety of festivities to create fun and festive selfcare moments within these various categories. If you are a mom who struggles to remain consistent with selfcare, I encourage you to download the 3- Month Selfcare Goal Setting Guide.

Using a facial roller, especillay the Jade Roller from Koko’s Louve, will help to ease facial tension, improve circulation, reduce puffiness, and more! Here’s an idea… Turn on some Christmas tunes and relax while using this product. This would create the perfect selfcare moment for a busy mom on- the- go! Would you agree?
